All services are provided in accordance with UK standards and regulations.
2. Booking and Payment
When you book our services:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- We will provide a written quote before commencing work
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins
- Payment is due as per the agreed terms, typically upon completion of work
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to charge for materials already purchased for your project
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
4. Warranty and Guarantee
We stand behind our work:
- All work is guaranteed for a period as specified in your service agreement
- We will rectify any defects in workmanship at no additional cost, subject to fair wear and tear
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications made by third parties
- Please report any issues within the warranty period for prompt resolution
5. Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are fully insured and hold public liability insurance
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed before work commenced
- Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses
6. Health and Safety
We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards:
- All our team members are trained in health and safety procedures
- We comply with all UK health and safety regulations
- We will inform you of any potential hazards and take appropriate precautions
- You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the work area
